REGIONAL SCHOOL UNIT #4

8th grader Gryphon B. was recently selected for a $1,000 scholarship from the MLTI team in partnership with the University of Maine system and the Maine Department of Education. Gryphon was one of five students from the 9 districts in attendance at the student conference who was selected to share their creative work during a field trip with Mrs. Cote, Mrs. Holmes, and Ms. Marcoux.  The MLTI team noted that after taking the initiative to ask for additional training from the presenter during one of the MLTI Student Conference sessions, his video submissions of drone maneuvering make him the first OHMS student to win one of the 50 scholarships they've given since the start of the yearly CampMLTI.  Nice job, Gryphon!
