What is Rooms?

RSU 4 is gradually implementing a new communication tool called "Rooms". This unified communication system is for parents and guardians to communicate with their student's teachers. Rooms is accessible through the RSU 4 app.

Covid-19 Standard Operating Procedures

If your student tests positive for COVID-19, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact your school nurse and school secretary.

  2. The student should isolate for days 1-5.

  3. The student can return to school after day 5 if they meet the following criteria: 

    1. Have been fever-free for more than 24 hours without the aid of fever-reducing medication

    2. Symptoms are improving AND

    3. Is willing to wear a mask for days 6-10 at school at all times (unless the student has two negative tests in 48 hours).  Please contact the school to let them know if your student will be wearing a mask or has had two negative tests.

  4. Connect with your student’s teachers about accessing work, if your student is feeling well enough.
